Supreme Court opens its October Term 2026

The justices return to the bench on Monday, Oct. 5, the traditional “First Monday.” According to the Court’s official October argument calendar, the first week’s arguments are:

Earnings: Q3 season opens

The first notable reports of the third-quarter season are scheduled this week (Rallies, TradingKey):

  • Wed, Oct. 7: Levi Strauss & Co. (NYSE: LEVI), after the close.
